I have been working with ThermoDirect for 25 years or more and they do what they say. I like Derrick, who is a good technician. He takes care of business, he's on time and I like everything about him. There are no problems at all and it is very good to make an appointment. They fixed my furnace and did two heating and air cleanings and got it ready for the winter and the summer.
