Do not move here! Womack is a crook! He also loves the drama and he rents to felons and drug addicts. He has a property manager who dove by my home about 20 times a day,spying! Yes will charge 5 dollars if your garbage cAn is left at the curb for more than 24 hrs and the property manager charged me and slammed the garbage can against my trailer, woke me up out of bed at 8 am. I had problems with bad neighbors and Womack takes sides and bullies residents who have legitimate complaints. Cops are always in there because of his residents, do not move here!
