I called on a Friday afternoon and they said I can be seen if I get there in 10 minutes, I bargained for 20 and they agreed. During the inspection I opted to get brakes, so they ordered the ceramic pads I needed, took 15 minutes to arrive, 30 minutes to do all 4. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
