Extremely expensive!!. Invoice not given to the customer until asked for. E-mail containing charges was not provided. It wasn't until I asked, the co. did not request my e-mail address when job was initiated. I called for a hard copy. Questionable expense, such as additional assistance and service charge TWICE for a total of $332.00, (I strongly suggest this be returned to me) or the specifics be explained. Lots of down time waiting for inspections, (perhaps better coordination with County officials! All in all the job was well done. However invoices should be more explicit and in a form that a layperson can understand. Extra charges should and must be kept at a minimum given that the cost is already pretty exorbitant!!
