The crew arrived on time and began work immediately, however none of the crew spoke English therefore communication was impossible. I asked them to call their supervisors which they did and I was able to determine they were aware of where the leak was and I was ensured they were competent. The work was completed and again I called the supervisor to fully understand "what" had been done and the job was complete. I received a call and photo of the open roof the next day from Jesse Ball, the coordinator to follow up. I was assured that repair was completed. I am satisfied with Code Red's handling of the project. However, it is my recommendation that all crews have at least one person fluent in English. It is quite frustrating to attempt to communicate. Jesse Ball handled the situation competently. Hats off to him, otherwise I would have waved the crew off.
