My appointment was right on time, but I saw three people walk out when tired of waiting. Aside from that I just wanted to say the customer service of your workers is really great. From hearing the dentist calm down an anxious woman with funny conversations to the x-ray woman and check-out receptionist who dealt with me, it was truly a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
