Well we were looking at buying a house for our daughter to rent and we didn't want to get caught with any unexpected mold or bug issues. it was good to give the house a good once over. AmeriSpec was great, the book and DVD they provided us with was really nice to have not only for the inspection but to keep with the house in general for down the road.
They were polite and courteous and and got everything done pretty quickly. I would love to recommend them.
