ProTech is a terrific company. Patrick and his team are courteous, articulate, intelligent and professional. In the midst of a complex water/mold remediation issue at the house, they removed the furnace from the mechanical room closet so that the remediation team could access the space. A few days later, they cleaned, reinstalled and serviced the furnace. At one point during the 48 day remediation process, they responded to an emergency call from me to come out and check for carbon monoxide leaks. They were prompt and reassured me that the home was safe. Patrick is a dream to work with. I would never call anyone else.
