We're in a rental home and we called the property manager to get some prior stains out of our carpet, he referred us to Blue Ribbon Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Rory was our technician and he was FANTASTIC! There were a lot of stains and we couldn't believe that he got them all out and how clean our carpets were after he was done. Rory went above and beyond and provided phenomenal service.
He walked us through and explained everything he was going to do and we really appreciated that. He gave us personable service and the end results were great. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. I already called the owner of Blue Ribbon to tell him great things about Rory. I highly recommend them!
