The gentleman that came from East Hill Heating and Cooling was a little bit late due to traffic, but he called ahead of time which I really appreciated. Every time that he came in he would put booties on over his shoes which was a major plus as he did not track dirt all over my home. While installing the system he gave me a heads up that my water tank was at risk which I really appreciated. He just did everything right and it made the whole experience very pleasant.
