My husband and I went in to Wesley Chapel Toyota on 2/6 not expecting to buy a car, but only wanted to check out the new redesigned Prius. My husband already drives a 2012 Prius and is very happy with his. I was driving a 2016 Honda H-RV and wanted to get in to a hybrid before gas prices go up again We were promptly greeted by Leeanne Randolph, who was very helpful and showed us the ones they had on the lot, it ended up being a great deal so we pulled the rigger!.I got above what I owed on my H-RV and that was the most important thing to me was not getting hosed on my trade in. We gave her a number we were willing to pay for a payment and she made it happen. We never felt pressured in to anything and Leeanne was very honest with us from the get go and didn't not sugar coat anything for us. Car buying is not all rainbows and kittens unless you're a millionaire and don't have to worry about a payment and Leanne won't make you feel like you're getting into something you won't be able to afford.She fought for and got a great trade in value for my car! She's such an awesome salesperson and will fight tooth and nail for you business. I got some free all weather floor mats as well! The finance lady, Kelly, was really great and easy to work with. She knocked of a percentage point on out rate and gave us extra mileage on our warranty!\r

The only downside is when I came back to the dealer the following weekend to get the pinstripe removed. After I came back to pick up the Prius after the removal was completed, I was checking it over to see how it looked and noticed several spots on both sides where it was scratched. I went back in and let them know and they took it back to look at it. The director of the lot, Chris Bice, came over to speak to me about it and let me know short of repainting it it couldn't be fixed because the detailer went to deep with the buffer. Instead of saying they would repaint the car for me, he instead said they would replace the entire car! I was absolutely blown away by that! I honestly did not expect that to happen, and was deeply impressed by that. They didn't have any of my model, the 3 Touring, on the lot so it had to be ordered. When it came in and was ready to be picked p today 2/22 I couldn't come to the dealer as I was home sick with the flu. they then offered to come drive it to my house and drop it off and pick up the damaged Prius! Again, mind was blown! Got my new Prius delivered to my home and sitting in my drive way right now. :)\r

I've never had such a good experience at a dealership. I loved how they didn't try to screw me over and not just talk to my husband about things like I've had happen in the past. Wesley Chapel Toyota forever has my business, especially when my husband is ready to trade in his 2012 Prius for a new one! Please go see Leeanne, she's great and I recommend her as a sales person to anyone who needs a new or used car!
