I have been using Carl's Van Rentals for two months, and I will keep using them. I'm in Chicago and have to go to Florida to work. What I find most convenient is when they are closed I can drop the van at the airport and then can just jump in my flight at 7 a.m. There is an option of leaving it in parking lot and they can pick it up and no extra cost. They are very helpful and very personable when I go pick up my van--very nice people.
