I never write reviews, but there are instructors at the MI location that are far too emotional and should not be in a field that involves teaching. One in particular ridiculed my daughter after a drive and had her in years and then she blamed ME for her poor driving habits. That was on her 3rd drive. This instructor was extremely unprofessional and made the entire class a nightmare. I also believe they are over critical in the driving test. My daughter failed the MI driving test and the next day we went to Bellevue and got a near perfect score. The only positive thing going for MI is an older gentleman instructor. Unfortunately the other instructors were horrible.

Kris, I'm disappointed that we didn't meet your expectations. While I'm glad you found one of our instructor's good, you clearly didn't like the style of some others. In order to get the most out of our course, we recommend 2 hours of weekly practice with a parent and it seems there was a disconnect on our expectations vs the practice that given. I can see that the first exam taken was missed by 2 points and she clearly did much better on her last attempt. We wish you and your daughter nothing but the best.
