I've been in here twice, without an appt either time. Fred has always been polite and gotten me in right away. Everything has been repaired correctly and I was able to walk away feeling like I paid a reasonable price for the work done. I would highly recommend Fred and Auto Care Experts to anyone needing a reliable auto shop.
