Overall my experience was pleasant. Dr. Lloyd helped make the procedure itself much easier and less painful than I anticipated. I would recommend him for services. The office however did have quite a few hiccups scheduling appointments. There was one appointment that wasn't recorded despite the fact i spoke on the phone with two separate employees. When I did arrive, the procedure scheduled the wrong day, which was also a clerical error. My hygienist was wonderful however, and quick to resolve it for me. The office staff also struggled explaining my payment schedule. Would have been helpful to have more clarity explaining the breakdown. Thank you Dr. Lloyd for all of your help!
