The actual plumbers there are good, but the products that they sell suck so that makes the service bad to me. We bought a faucet from them and we've gone through 2 of them already. One of them had a loose bolt on the inside, and the other had some kind of gravelly stuff that blocked the water coming through.
We had trouble with communication too. The messages going to the plumbers were not accurate. For example, a plumber was supposed to come Friday at 11am, but at around 4 o'clock we got a call saying the plumber was stuck some place and wasn't going to be able to come. They should have told us that much earlier than 4! Then they don't work on the weekend, so we were trying to get our faucet fixed and had to wait until Monday. Then the guy called on Monday and we were expecting him to come in the morning and he called at 10am to ask if he could come in the afternoon. He thought we were supposed to do the work in the afternoon, but that was on Friday when we wanted them in the afternoon.
Like I said I think the plumbers are good, but if they don't sell a good product then they won't get good results. The person that we talked to when they couldn't come on Friday was a bit snippy and had no concern for the fact that our faucet didn't work.

I wanted a chance to appologize about your faucet. Unfortunatley we do not manufacturer the faucets so we are not able to correct the issue with the product itself vor control the quality. We did do what we thought was right and refunded your cost on the item. If an item we install is defective we return actual manufacturer. We do offer several options regardng product choice on a scale of 1-3 for customer choice. We have re-vamped our office staff and Saturday hours to accommodate customers on Saturday's. I am very sorry about your experience and hope we can make this right in the future.
