(1) Called to make an appointment to evaluate an old Kinetico Water System (15+ Years), which needed replacement. Appointment was confirmed/conducted with an excellent evaluation of the old system and the appropriate new system as a repalcement.
(2) Loren Martin was very courteous, helpful, and professional in evaluating the old system and making a recommendation for the new replacement system. His attitude and assistance was one of the reasons we decided to do business with Martin Water Conditioning.-THANKS!!!!!
(3) New Kinetico Water System was purchased and installed within a two week period of time, as requested and scheduled.
(4) The installation was professionally completed to correct plumbing issues (old System), which did not meet code at no extra charge. I was informed that all installations are completed to meet and exceed existing plumbing codes and Martin Water Conditioning stands behind all its installations.
(5) Follow-up to check the installation and do one-on-one discussion of satisfaction with the purchase/ installation was conducted within four weeks of purchase/installation.
