We went in knowing what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. The folks at Michael's Toyota were very helpful and straight up with us. The exact vehicle we had been looking at online was no longer available and we found something very similar that we fell in love with. We'd never been out in the huge garage before and it was neat to see all of the cars up close. We ended up paying what we wanted and while we had a wait to get into Finance to sign the paperwork, once we got in there, Bob made us laugh (and we returned that favor). It was almost fun! :)
