I took my Accord in for an issue that is necessary for my car to pass its upcoming inspection, and Johnny was perfectly honest in letting me know that Honda would fix the issue for free (hidden warranty) rather than my having to pay Andy's Auto to do it. Such honesty and care for their customers is a hallmark of this repair facility, and I appreciate it very much!
