I never post reviews unless I am really bothered by something.  I have been a customer for 20+ years and the past few months I have seen service and quality deteriorate from what I know it can and should be from years past.  Although my tech Rick is always great, he was provided the wrong part for my refrigerator after waiting 2+ weeks to get it installed.  Not a happy camper at taking off work for that.  They need better quality control and monitoring.  In past months, appointments have been delayed, canceled or overlooked.  Never received a call back when asked to speak to an owner after getting nowhere with other staff.  Guess they think the problem will just go away, as will my business.
