I was impressed with Specialty Heating and Cooling right from the start. I responded to a promotion by PGE for hi-efficiency heat pumps because our existing unit was ready to be replaced. They got in touch with me within a day, and their sales rep met with us a few days later. We picked the system we wanted and they did the installation one week after that. The quality of the installation was great. The workmanship was excellent and their customer service is top-notch. We are looking forward to having them service our new heat pump in the future.
