I received a good review of the possibilities in furnaces, with pros and cons of each. When I finally decided and called, the installation was set for the following day! The pleasant and professional crew (Julian and Juan) did a quick job. Dalco owner Marc delivered the new unit, reviewed details, and thought to check the humidifier pads, which needed replacement. He had these sent, and they arrived in 2 days. He also submitted the Xcel rebate form and sent me a copy. Totally a no-problem purchase and installation. They'll be front-runners to replace the second furnace when it dies.
