Technician arrived within the assigned time period, in fact within the first hour of the two hour time frame. Technician was very pleasant and answered all my questions thoroughly. From the time of first sending my email, responding to my email and scheduling an appointment, and completing the appointment...all of this happened within two weeks. Very efficient and pleasant.
