We've had Mr. Electric do multiple projects in the building for five years on and off--from new lights to new outlets, a UPS/power stabilizer throughout the whole building, and other electrical needs for our commercial building. They are reliable, and the person who usually comes is Tony. He is really excellent and customer-service driven--and has always done the right thing for us.
Mr. Electric isn't cheap: they are on the high-end, but I'm willing to pay it as long as I get the customer service to back it up. They are quick with their work, but it typically takes a few days. I'd really like them to be here sooner when we need them for general work.
