Floor Coverings International completed a start to finish flooring project of a large room in our home. Technicians came in before the project and inspected the space. They spent the time with us that was required to help us choose the flooring option that was right for our lifestyle. They were helpful and asked all the right questions about our daily use and family situation. They made several recommendations and we picked a hardwood flooring option we liked. The quote was very reasonable and we scheduled installation service.
The installation technicians arrived on time and worked very hard. They removed the old subfloor and carpeting, then replaced the subfloor and installed the hardwood flooring we selected. They did a great job and cleaned up after the work was complete. It was refreshing to deal with the super nice staff and we could not be happier with our new flooring from Floor Coverings International.
