Unresponsive and pathetic. They don't answer phones or lose callers in voice mail jail. Look at their Yelp reviews...nothing higher than one star and that's only because there is no ""zero star"" option. Their technician assured me that my washer repair would be covered by my home maintenance warranty. But, the claim was denied for specific reasons provided by this same tech.
