I found the people at the parts counter and answering the phone to be polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a noisy dryer and initially went in to replace a belt. Kerry told me the belt wasn't the problem (saving me the cost of a new one) and what to check instead, giving me a handy printout diagram. I found a problem with the front bearing assembly and replaced that. Unfortunately, the noise quickly returned, and after further disassembly I found the rear bearing was shredded. I went back to Jensen (3rd time!) and bought the replacement for that. Now I've got it all back together, and it seems to work fine. For a total of about $70, and some of my time, my dryer is fixed. The people at Jensen were so helpful.
