They showed up, found the problem and offered solutions. My unit was over 18 years old and had not been working correctly for some time. I ended up replacing it and what a difference. No more rattling of the blower fan which was louder than the tv when it turned on.
Crew very professional and they cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Great Job!!!
