My family and I have used whites for years, but our recent experience put an end to that. Whites may have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We called for service and were told they would be out by 5 the next day. After waiting for the repairman all day without showing, we called back and were told that no one had scheduled us for service and that it would be at least 10 days before they could come out.....they had to much going on. On top of everything was the way they treated us on the phone, very short and take it or leave it attitude. Do yourself a favor, skip these guys when looking for service.
