Craig was the one that came to our home. We had both units go out at the same time. He came and spent a lot of time ( in the blistering heat) showing my husband what was wrong, how it works, how to fix it and how to tell when something is going wrong. My husband said he just had a mini-on-the-job-training with Craig. He was so thorough in explaining everything . I called the office after he left and told the receptionist to have the boss give Craig a big pat on the back. He did an excellent job and we will request him to come back if we have any other problems. We were real impressed with his knowledge ( and patients in 100 degree heat) and he was just a down to earth guy. Fantastic experience !! We have already referred them to one family member and they are supposed to be calling them soon. Great job Craig !!!!!
