While Chico Nissan has provided great service in the past, my last 2 attempts to obtain service have left me wanting. I couldn't even get a call back to SCHEDULE service. I had to go elsewhere. Once a message is left, someone should call within an hour surely, but 4 hours and no call? I had to call back and STILL got an inadequate response. Maybe they are victims of the economy and have had to cut back on personnel.
I'm concerned about the dealer response.
