Friendly and accommodating, they aim please Service writers and general manager very nice and all sales staff wold stop and speak. My only complaint was that the mechanics were very slow and slack, didn't see need to hurry. Stopped and talked to each other, told stories and I a waiting twice as long as I should have for the service performed. Again, this is not a reflection of service writers, these guys could not have been nicer and did their best to get things right. All in all however I would come back to South Charlotte Hyundai because of service writers and convenience of location. I leased my Genesis from Keffer but like So. Chlt. much better. I have a lot of friends and associates who are so impressed with my car. I will probably refer them to South Charlotte. I will say that I love my Genesis and I have driven them all and traded in a Mercedes for this Genesis. Not sorry!!
