From the initial credit approval process (which was by far the easiest and non-invasive credit process for a larger transaction), to the contract signing, to the installation, Solar Universe exceeded all of our expectations. We were given several purchase and leasing options to choose from that were in layman's terms. We were able to see what our financial obligation would be in black and white, whether a purchase or a lease. They made it so easy. We have heard horror stories of solar companies in the past and were a bit intimidated entering this process.
