You'll be disappointed. This facility is old and filthy. My dog and her bedding stinks. They did not unwrap her bones that I brought to keep her busy for 5 days. To add insult to frustration, I called to possibly change my original pick plan and asked if doing so would result in more charges. I was told that no more charges would be incurred. However, when I picked up my dog I did in fact incur more charges. The woman apologized for her error but refused to give me a credit to correct her error. If they cannot understand their own billing procedures than it leaves little confidence that they understand how to properly care for my dog.
