We began having blockage on Friday morning, June 26, 2015. We called Roto-Rooter in the late evening. The dispatcher immediately contacted a technician, who arrived within an hour. He did a survey, explained it all to us, and got right to work. He serviced our two bathrooms and kitchen. Along the way, he took the time to explain what he was doing.
