My 80 year mother is without air conditioning once again within a 4 month period after having a new unit put in by Unique. This is the third attempt to get this AC unit going. Last month a service rep called her and scared her into getting a $900 anti mold light. After trying to get a service call out to her today, the disorganization and challenges with dealing with the service center could not have been more painful. I asked to speak with a Manager, who of course was out to lunch. And was told that I could get a call withing 24 hours. I hope and pray that happens, I cannot be more horrified of the poor quality and service Unique has turned into. PLEASE keep my Mom in your prayers that she will be helped soon. Fr. Joseph
