Omg had a nightmare experience with bug busters! They call bed bugs fleas.... I called sound pest control of Kent and not only did they answer before they were open but it was the most pleasant person company out off all 10 companies I tried. Frank was calming reassuring and sympathetic to my needs. Frank was able to listen effectively and offer a same day solution which typically you will not find. Jake was the tech that showed up on time and ready to battle my problem i asked many questions and voiced many concerns he giggled at me but it lighted a stressful situation. I would honeslty bypass any and all companies and come right to this one. I am truly thankful for them. THANK YOU!
PS I am usually a difficult customer to satisfy these guys are on it!
