I placed the order for my new Directv antenna on-line late on a Friday night and it was shipped Monday. I had selected GROUND shipping because it was cheapest. Well, it arrived Wednesday in good order. Solid State customer service was also excellent.
I ordered from them rather than Directv because Directv will not send me an antenna, it must be installed, even though when I first got Directv, self-install was the only option.
