the purchasing procedure was quite difficult if you went to their office..while the website seems to make it look like you can show up and make a purchase, this is not the case...at least easily.
I needed to go back to my car and place an order via cell phone or via the web then wait a while and go back inside after they pulled the item and processed the order. everyone seems nice and trying to help but it is definitely not a counter/store type service. They should either alter their website for clarity or make their location more ready for local purchases. Other than that issue they are just fine.
