Our airconditioning went out on a 100+ day. We called our normal company that we have used for 8 years and have a maintenance contract with. They said it would be TWO days before they could get out. We then reminded them we were a loyal maintenance customer and they said the following afternoon by 5:00 pm. It was already over 80 in the house and climbing. Our neighbors use Campbell, so we called them and they had someone out within an hour. The A/C tech said it was actually a fried wire, and would require an electrician. Since Campbell does electrical as well, they dispatched an electrician who was there within an hour. Yay, the A/C was fixed and the next day we called Campbell and switched our heating and air maintenace contract to them. By their availability and rapid response, Campbell gained a new loyal customer!
