Usually the experience is pretty good from Enterprise. I have rented a few cars over the years. I have never had an issue until this last time. When I use my debit card, i provide my home phone bill for proof of residency. However, this time, I tried to use it at the north Olmsted location and they told me absolutely not, and were not really professional about the whole thing. I then went to the brookpark location where, as usual, my home phone bill was no issue, I was in and out. I was significantly late to my destination due to the north olmsted store overdoing their job, and using their snippy attitude. Brookpark location is an A+ in my book, but the OTHER location definitely gets a FAIL. Due to the lack of knowledge regarding their job, they costed me around $100 from being late to my destination.
