Dr. Shimanek and Dr. Reid are both wonderful people and excellent vets. Our dog was not even a patient when we had to contact Enid Pet Hospital when we found blood in the urine of our little furgirl. It was a weekend and our then doctor was closed ans was going to charge us $75 for even a phonecall. The Enid Pet Hospital emergency line was free and within a few minutes we for a call back from Dr. Shimanek. He gave us great advice and on Monday morning followed up to see how she was doing! And she was not even a patient. For those of you who think this was a gimmick to get a new patient, their service has not waivered even when we switched to them. I have called them at 2:00AM on a Saturday night, and not only heard back but had the doctor meet us personally to follow up the next (Sunday) morning! We cannot recommend this place more. They doctors genuinely care for each animal they attend to. Extremely helpful and wonderful staff as well!
