I was in San Fran fo my neices wedding in Sonoma. We stayed one night in SF and was renting a car to drive to Sonoma.My son and Family and nephew called and wanted me to go on a Go Cart tour of SF before our 1-2 hr drive.So I said yes. I had to checkout of hotel with bags but I didn't want to get rental car until later in the day right before we left for Sonoma,to give me extre time on return ,so as not to be charged an extra day.The Mgr.,Tyler @ Enterprise couldn't have been more accomodating and friendly. He let us keep our Luggage(Bags) at rental office until we returned at 5pm.we made it (barely @ 5) and they waited for us and we rented car smoothly. Then 5 days later we just went to our hotel and the concierge took car and Enterprise picked it up and we walked and used UBER the next 3 days in SF,Seamless.Enterprise is the ""REAL -DEAL"".
