Having problems with my Frigidaire Dishwasher (which we have an Extended Service Contract). 6/17 called Frigidaire and they gave me names and numbers for 6 appliance repair shops. The first two stated they couldn't get parts in for a week and service would take another 2-3 days to get completed. Third call was to Jensen. Discussed problem and they looked up my dishwasher and found parts (gentleman thought it could be up to 3 parts causing problem), which he said he could have in the next day, 6/18. Service scheduled for today, 6/19! It almost sounded to good to be true. So I scheduled. Only minor frustration was that they couldn't give me 2 hour window for today until 9am this morning. So, this morning at 8:45 I received a call from Brandon and appt. scheduled for between noon and 2pm. Brandon arrived at 12:15. He was courteous and professional and promptly started work. Turned out all 3 parts were bad but nothing else (again, almost to good to be true)! Just finished running dishwasher through a cycle with no problem. Based on my one and only experience with Jensen I would strongly recommend.
