Moon's towing is the worst company ever...I went there to pickup my daughter car so I can go register it and pay the tax title and license on it...I had a real problem of them letting me get my things out the car even when I gave my ID,last 6 digits of the VIn number,green ticket, insurance papers, and paper from the DMV...With all that evidence they still had a problem with me getting the stuff out my car...\r

When I finally convinced them to let me go back there to get the titles out the car...I noticed only the bill of sale was in there but no titles...I had them papers all stable together...The stable was removed and the papers was separated and the titles was missing...One of the workers told me he needed the papers that I had in my hand because you are really not allowed to get your things out the car...So I gave him my papers...\r

He gave them to the lady in the office...She then came to the window with my bill of sale and tells me this not my car and that I have to prove I am the owner...And that this car is registered with the bridge house...I said we have to pay taxes and registration on the vehicle that's why I need my papers...She said I can not give you these papers because you are not the owner of the vehicle you need to show me the title...I told her the title was in the car...And that I need them paoer to prove I was the owner so I can get the car back...She got upset with me took my ID and insurance papers that I brought there and tried to keep the bill of sale...Then threatened to call the police. ..I said you don't have to call me I will just give me my stuff back...After calling the police she reach me my Id but kept the other papers...I told them they're trying to steal my car and the titles are missing and they're saying it's not my car and refuses to give me my insurance back or the bill of sale ...\r

The police came within less then 5 mins got everything I needed...I had to get everything done over...I called the DMV and they gave me a number to Used Car Commissioner to make a complaint...\r

Don't trust them very back business..
