Brandon called and let me know he was on his way. He walked me through what he was going to do and gave me the price. As he was cleaning the carpet and things came up, he would stop and explain what he was doing to the carpet. He worked very hard to get stains out and our carpet looks great. He was very friendly. We will definitely use Hydro Clean again and recommend the company.
