Jason was wonderful and took the time to answer all my questions, unlike other services I've used that are on commission and do the quickest job they possibly can in order to get to their next job - he did an excellent job on the staircase and the whole carpet looks great - as a customer, I really dislike that hurried feeling you get with some companies - I did not feel that way at all with this company and would use Hydro again -
