Andrew was extremely professional and on-time for the appointment. We had several companies look at the soiled stains and told us that we would have to replace the carpet after it had been in our house for only 7 years. Andrew did not accept this and by the end of the cleaning, the carpets looked brand new. We will continue to use Hydro Clean for all of our carpet needs.
