Larson Air took $80 from us when they were never qualified to do the work to begin with. They lied to us. We called them to ask about our circuit breaker, and they came out, checked our AC, and made us pay, even though they can't work on circuit breakers. Why would they come out to check that when we told them it was an issue with the circuit breaker?

Thank you for bring this to our attention, we have quality technicians that have to diagnose your system before any recommendations are presented. Our technician was at your home for an hour and a half trying to solve your problem. He checked everything and could not conclude it was a faulty breaker. We don't just change a part because we think its bad, we need to verify everything and stand by our technician. He was out there on a Saturday evening and we do have to charge for our time. Please contact us and we can give you a credit towards any future repairs. Thank you!
