I gave it a 3 based on the man that did the estimate. He was professional and friendly, but I chose to use a different company based on the price I had received. I used Puroclean because they gave me a price almost $1,000 less than your company. My house is sold and I simply needed a company to remove the mold. I told this to both companies, but your price was much to high. In the house I am purchasing there is a mold issue and I requested the current homeowners to have it repaired, but I had to recommend Puriclean to them based on my experience with that company.
